LEASEBACK PROGRAM

Our leaseback program will allow you - "The new or current RV owner" access to an income from your RV or Travel Trailer while still retaining the right to use it when they would like to go camping.

We will follow stringent guidelines on all of our leaseback units as with our company owned units in regards to maintaining and record keeping. So that when you or the next client is ready to pick it up. It is in excellent condition.

This program is great for those owners who do not use their RV enough to justify keeping it. Or those who are thinking of selling your travel trailer or motor home.

Depending on the unit. Travel Trailer or Motor Home. Class A or Class C motor homes. The income will vary. While Adventure RV Rentals of Georgia can and does not promise a set income on any unit from month to month, we will offer owners 50% of each rental. So if you have a 31 ft C class motor home, and it goes out for a week at $1450.00 you receive $725.00 for that rental. Rental rates vary from unit to unit.

ADDED BENEFITS FOR OUR LEASEBACK PARTNERS
As leaseback owners you receive benefits other than your rental income. Some of them are listed below:
  • Tax incentives that are available to our leaseback owners.
  • Depreciation - Most of our owners use a 5 year depreciation schedule for income tax purposes. You can take 52% during the first 2 years alone.
  • Expenses - You will be able to deduct insurance premiums, maintenance costs, any upgrades you might want on your motor home, plus a seven (7) day vacation every year in the motor home.
These are now business expenses.
Other benefits are available. Please see your own accountant or tax advisor.

ADDED SECURITY MEASURES ARE TAKEN ON YOUR BEHALF
Adventure RV Rentals of Georgia has screened rental customers and we take care to insure our RV rental customers have had a complete employment and personal references verified. A sizeable security deposit is taken on each & every rental units. This will cover the insurance deductible on your rental unit.

All of our customers are given a mandatory 1 hour orientation on your rental unit. We will cover everything from lighting a pilot light to setting the leveling arms. We require that the customer have either an insurance binder from their own personal insurance company or they must purchase coverage online through our insurance company MBA Insurance (They are leaders in the RV Rental Insurance Industry) Our rental office personally verifies and then contacts their agent by phone and we will then fax them the binder request. The agent will fill it out and send it back or inform us that they can not ad a binder for this client. At this point the rental customer must … go online to MBACHOICE.com to purchase our coverage for $15.00 to $20.00 per day. This gives them full coverage with our deductible amounts.

NO CUSTOMER WILL LEAVE OUR LOT WITHOUT FULL COVERAGE ON THEIR RENTAL UNIT.



FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON OUR LEASEBACK PROGRAM
Q: How do I know my coach will not get torn up?

 A: Each renter is given a thorough screening. They (the customer) are responsible for just about everything. Missing items. Damage to anything in or on your coach. We check out the units at departure and again upon their return. All units will go out clean, with empty holding tanks and full of gas and propane. We will fill the water tank for all drivable units. Travel Trailers will not be sent out with full water tanks. Customers will bring the unit back in the very same condition that it was taken out in. Each customer signs a sign out sheet prior to leaving and a sign in sheet upon their return. Any damage not noted on leaving will be the responsibility of the renter. RV Rental Insurance is supplied by MBA Insurance.

The owners pays for the monthly premium. Normally this is taken from the first rental of each month. Normal wear and tear is to be expected. So that the owner will be responsible for an occasional carpet cleaning or minor repair. It is noted that we can take up to 10 business days to get all units inspected thoroughly during special events and holiday weekend returns.

All drivers are required by the insurance company to be at least 25 years of age.

Q: What if I want to use my coach or trailer?

 A: It is a simple process. When you know you may be wanting to use your coach. Please give us a call as far in advance as possible. We will be happy to provide you with the upcoming rentals for your unit for the next few months. So that you may pick a week that is not rented. Please be flexible. Race weekends and holiday weekends are sure fire rentals for you. You may elect to use your coach for these times. We do require you to honor an existing booking. You will check out your coach just as any customer. It will be full of fuels and water. Holding tanks clean and empty. We ask that your return them in the same condition. Our rental units are equipped with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, TV/DVD players. Everything needed to make our clients rentals the very best they can be. Linens (sheets - blankets - towels etc)are also available to our customer at no additional cost. You may request that we leave the linens out for your use. Please let us know in advance how many people and how many of the sleeping areas you will be using.

Q: Are people allowed to smoke in my coach?

A: NO!!! We do not allow smoking in any of our rentals. Should a renter smoke in a unit, we will charge them a $250.00 fee to have the odor professionally removed and cleaned from carpet and upholstery. The fee is set high in order to discourage this from occurring. Our sign out sheet is initialed by the renter showing they are acknowledging that smoking is prohibited.

Q: What if my unit does not rent?

A: While we can not guarantee any rentals for the units in our fleet. We make every effort to promote and advertise our rentals. We have had great success in the past with our rental fleet. And are looking forward to new and rapid growth.

When speaking to potential owners, my first statement is this: Do not purchase anything for the fleet that you can not make a payment on. We will rent your coach or trailer. Many reservations are being made at this point for the up coming months. Deposit money is not income. It is held in a separate account for the customer upon the return of the coach. We will make every possible effort to get your coach out as often as possible. It is the only way that Adventure RV Rentals of Georgia is going to grow as well.
