Dumping Tips
- Use our green hose to clean the sewage hose prior to returning it to the holding area. It will keep it cleaner and your coach will also stay fresher.
- Always use our heavy duty sewer hose. They are the only ones that will withstand the normal RV usage.
- Use the sewer hose we provide. It is a 10 ft hose. Long enough to reach but it will not be too long as to make it hard to dump your tanks.
- Do not use the white hose to clean the sewage hose. The white hose is for drinking water only. It should not be stored in the bin with any of the other hoses.
- Always wear the protective gloves provided with your rental. These will keep your hands from touching the outside of the sewer hose.
- Wait until your black holding tank is a little more than 2/3 full.
- While at a campground do not leave the black -water tank valves open. It will cause the contents to harden in the tank causing problems when you try to dump at a later time.
- You may however leave the grey tank open while camped.
- When placing the sewer hose try to set it out as to avoid bends and kinks in the line.
- Be courteous to the next camper. Please clean around the dump station. Making sure it is at least as clean as you found it. If not cleaner.
